We are delighted about the prospect of having you as one of our students. We have prepared this Online Application to make our Admission process easy and accessible.

Read carefully and follow these steps: 

STEP 1:

  1. Type your name, email address, and contact number.
  2. Upload your Recent ID Photo.
  3. Choose your level (Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate).
  4. Choose your target program and term.

STEP 2:

Fill-out all required information in all the following sections of the application form:

  1. Personal
  2. Educational
  3. Vocational/Employment
  4. Faith & Ministry
  5. Financial

You have the option to download the designated form (Undergraduate, Graduate, Postgraduate). Directly type and sign on the PDF document using Adobe Acrobat Reader. When complete, upload it in the designated box.

STEP 3:

  1. Upload the Scanned PDF copy of your Transcript of Records/Form 138/Form 137. (Download Request for ToR and Form 138/137)
  2. Upload the Scanned PDF copy of your Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate, whichever is applicable.
  3. Type in or upload your Essays that answer the following:

For Bachelor’s Degree Applicants:
(Minimum of 300 words each)

  • Describe your dream/future plan and why studying in PTSCAS will help you fulfill it.
  • What would you like your classmates and teachers to know about you?
  • What challenges do you foresee that you will encounter during your studies? How do you plan to overcome them?

If Theology program, add:

  • Describe your personal spiritual journey and your call to Christian service.

For Master’s Degree Applicants:
(Minimum of 500 words each)

  • Describe your personal spiritual journey and your call to Christian service.
  • How does pursuing your studies fit in your current family, ministry, career goals?
  • How do you plan to contribute to the Body of Christ and society after graduation?

For Doctorate Degree Applicants:
(Minimum of 700 words each)

  • Describe the highlights of your spiritual and ministry journey and how these have brought you to where you are now.
  • How does pursuing your studies fit in your current family, ministry, career goals?
  • Describe your leadership experiences and how this program will help you lead meaningfully and fruitfully in your current field?

4. For Graduate and Postgraduate Studies Applicants only: Link(s) to published book, journal, or article.

STEP 4:

Download the following forms, type your information, and send to indicated individuals.

The following are confidential and should be sent directly to the Registrar at registrar@ptscas.edu.ph when accomplished:

  1. Character References (1 only if Undergraduate Studies applicant)
    • Teacher/Professor
    • Employer/Colleague
    • Leader/Mentor/Friend

  2. If attending a Christian Church: Church Recommendation signed by two (2) leaders, preferably pastor and elder. The following should be sent to the Officer/Registrar of your previous school. They should then mail the requested documents to:

STEP 5:

Payment of Application & Assessment Fee.
